Roberta Chase

I'm a Ph.D. candidate in Linguistics at the University of South Carolina. My main interest is sociolinguistics, specifically: code-switching; language and social networks; discourse analysis; language in the workplace; and Japanese sociolinguistics (e.g. differences between women's and men's speech).
