This move created a multifold scenario; to pressurize Iran & North Korea particularly and other states to cut down, gathering global favors in countering proliferation or underlying intentions towards Russia. Additionally, US would enhanced its remaining assets and does not been affected by this movement and just wanted to add up in countering proliferation efforts.
