Brad Harrington

Dr. Harrington is the Executive Director of the Center for Work & Family and a member of the Organization Studies faculty at the Boston College Carroll School of Management. Previously, Dr. Harrington was Managing Director of the Center for Corporate Citizenship at BC. Before coming to Boston College, he spent 20 years with Hewlett-Packard Company in a variety of executive positions in human resources, quality, and education. His roles included leadership positions at the division, region, and corporate levels both in the US and Europe. He has also consulted with many major corporations and healthcare institutions.

Dr. Harrington holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Stonehill College, a Master's degree in Psychology from Boston College, and a Doctorate in Human Resource Development from Boston University. He has published a number of articles and case studies, focusing on organizational learning and career development. He is married to Dr. Annie Soisson, a university administrator, and is the father of three children: Maggie, age 7, Hannah, age 4, and Dillon, 2.
